“Pay, Oh Children of Adam, as you would love to be paid, and be just as you would love to have justice!”
Love your neighbour as yourself: I am the LORD.
~ Leviticus 19:18
What is hateful to you, do not do to your fellow: this is the whole Torah; the rest is the explanation; go and learn.
~ Shabbath folio:31a, Babylonian Talmud
Do to others what you want them to do to you. This is the meaning of the law of Moses and the teaching of the prophets.
~ Matthew 7:12
Each of the world’s great monotheistic religions teach “The Golden Rule” – loving other humans just as much as we love ourselves.
I was inspired to dye this colourway after viewing images of the The Nasir Al-Mulk Mosque; the light and colour and geometry are uplifting no matter what your religion is (or isn’t!)
These are part of my “Kindred Spirits” collection – 2 50g skeins of yarn perfect for making slip-stitch socks, or a striped shawl/scarf, etc.

10% of the proceeds from this colourway will go to Carry the Future, an entirely volunteer-run charity that helps Syrian refugees.

I’ve taken care to photograph the colours in natural light. Monitors may display colour differently.
There are 4 sets, 2 from each set dyed. Skeins will be selected at random.
Please handwash your finished item in cool water, with a gentle wool wash. I wash each skein after dyeing, and do my best to make sure no excess dye remains. However, deeply saturated colours (especially blue and red) may release a bit of excess dye.
